Shipping policy

Dispatch ~ Standard orders are dispatched within 5 working days. During seasonal periods and bank holidays, please allow an additional 48 hour period prior to dispatch.

Postage ~ All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Delivery within the U.K. is by standard 2nd class postage, unless 24 hour ‘Tracked & Signed for’ is selected at the checkout. Please note that Royal Mail now only aim for delivery within 3 weekdays, with no Saturday deliveries for 2nd class mail. Free shipping on orders over £100.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. Carmina Jewels is NOT responsible for replacing or refunding orders posted to an incorrect address. 

Carmina Jewels is not responsible for delays once dispatched, which are caused by the Royal Mail postal service.
