Shipping policy

Dispatch ~ Standard orders are dispatched within 4 working days. During seasonal periods, please allow an additional 48 hour period prior to dispatch.

Postage ~ All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Delivery within the U.K. is by standard 2nd class postage, unless ‘Tracked & Signed for’ is selected at the checkout. All orders outside of the U.K. will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard Post, unless ‘Tracked & Signed for’ is selected at the checkout. Free shipping on orders over £50.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. Carmina Jewels is NOT responsible for replacing or refunding orders posted to an incorrect address. 

Carmina Jewels is not responsible for delays once dispatched, which are caused by the Royal Mail postal service.
